Hmmmmmm….. my first new music in 2013. On repeat play. 10 tracks here give good clue to the sound of the Dirty Projectors.
What more has Mr Cave got to say on this 15th album? Find out next month I guess.
Right up my alley - discordant, groping harmonies, lush orchestration, unpredictable, car smash of sounds: About to Die by Dirty Projectors. Playing SFBH 25 Jan 2013.

Seems still arguments between band members in defunct Go-betweens, according to an article in The Age, August 2012. Quiet Heart: The best of the Go-Betweens
Mmmmmmm… always one of my favourite tunes from the veteran King of America singer Napoleon Dynamite: “I Want You” (as appearing Live from the Spectacular Spinning Songbook show, sometime in 2012)
Subtle difference. Mellower, sense of urgency diminished, loudness turned down, yet solo effort by Thurston Moore is familiar to anyone who heard his band of old.
I gotta hear this band again, from my couch, and from the opera house 20 November 2012? (via Shields | Grizzly Bear)

Hmmmm… Mr Steve Earl was just as good last night!!!
